Joe Rodonis

Strength Coach | Performance Specialist | Host of Athlete’s Pursuit

Joe Rodonis is a respected strength coach known for helping high performers build muscle, train with intention, and develop lasting discipline—both in and out of the gym. His coaching is rooted in structure, progression, and intensity, with a clear focus on sustainable, long-term results.

He began his career at Tone House in New York City, where he helped launch the studio’s Strength Training program and played a key role in developing Tone House TV, the brand’s first digital platform.

Now a lead strength coach with Tonal, Joe specializes in hypertrophy and performance training for those ready to raise their standard. He created “12 Weeks to Jacked,” one of Tonal’s most successful solo-coach programs—a 48-workout, 3-month experience that’s helped thousands of members build serious muscle.

Joe is also the host of Athlete’s Pursuit, a podcast that explores how physical training sharpens mindset, builds resilience, and supports personal leadership. The show brings together athletes, coaches, and high performers to discuss how strength carries over into everyday life.

With certifications in Personal Training (ACE), Health Coaching (ACE), and Strength & Conditioning (ISSA), Joe combines technical expertise with a decade of experience in fitness, healthcare, and performance. His background includes years as a professional model—most recently with IMG—and time in the healthcare industry, both of which shaped his perspective on presence, longevity, and the bigger picture of health.

Coaching Mission

Joe’s mission is to raise the standard of training for the general population—making strength accessible, effective, and rooted in personal growth. His coaching helps people build confidence, discipline, and lasting momentum—so they can lead themselves well in the gym and in life.
